A Book In Waiting

It has been a while since I’ve written. I have started thinking about finishing the book in recent days.  I still need to get some more input concerning the format.  Once that is settled, I could get back to finishing the book.  Check out the link on right to view an excerpt of the book.

I have taken a bit of time to listen to some of you who have read the excerpt and commented.  I am still narrowing down the purpose — it is a narrow focus, but I think I want to target a particular group of parents and children.  I don’t think enough is written for children who want to develop a serious walk with Jesus.

Parent’s Daily Devotions

I struggle with my own devotions, I wonder if I would have been trained as a lad to do them daily, would I still struggle?  Are there any people out there who were raised as a Christian?  Does it make a difference whether you came to the Lord early or later in life?

How Do Parents of Girls Point them to Christ?

I have started working on a daily devotional for girls. I have gotten some feedback about providing the answers to the questions I’ve listed. The major purpose is for girls to get into God’s word on a daily basis, but I have found that it could be used as a conversational starter for parents and their daughters.

I have thought about this question as it pertains to girls. I have done some research, but I was wondering if others had thoughts about a girls daily devotion.

Devotions for Girls

I have thought about how to disciple christian girls and help them know the Savior better. I think it is important for anyone who wants to grow in Christ, to develop a habit of daily devotions. I created one especially for girls. I have combined two years of research with a three-year daily devotional magazine. Would you consider purchasing a tool like this?
